Product Installation & Care

Do your hardware products require professional installation? Most Zelunique accessories and fixtures are designed with the modern DIYer in mind! We include all necessary mounting hardware (screws, wall anchors, or premium damage-free adhesives) along with a clear, step-by-step instruction manual. For complex shower systems or heavy-duty plumbing fixtures, we recommend consulting a licensed professional.

How do I clean and maintain my Zelunique products? To preserve the premium matte or polished finish, avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners or chemicals. Simply wipe the surfaces down regularly with a soft micro-fiber cloth, warm water, and mild dish soap. This keeps the protective coating intact and looking brand-new.

Are your metal fixtures rust-proof? Yes, 100%. All Zelunique metal products are engineered with specialized multi-layered anti-corrosion finishes, making them entirely rust-proof and moisture-resistant for high-humidity environments.

What is your return policy? We want you to love your new home sanctuary! We accept returns on completely unused, uninstalled items in their original, secure packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
